I needed help with a complicated mortgage query to which Darren was more than happy to help me
with.

He asked me to sign a form to give my consent for him to speak on my behalf.

When the mortgage company said it would take the consent form 5-10 working days to process,
Darren went the extra mile and travelled 45 minutes to make a phone call with me to enable him to
sort the problem out straight away.

Darren then spoke to my mortgage company and after he had resolved the issue he explained to me in simple English what I needed to do rather than using jargon and complicated terms.
