About us Our offices are based on Claremont Road in Morecambe, we have facilities for meetings in our office or alternatively if you would prefer us to come to you this can be arranged. We also run an agency for the Yorkshire Building Society which is also based at our Claremont Road office. This allows us to offer the facilities and service of a very well known building society as well as Independent Financial Advice. Our firm CB Financial Management LLP was established in April 2009, we were previously CB Financial Services who have been trading successfully for many years. We serve right across the North West, North East and Scotland. We also have clients through out the UK in places such as Manchester, Birmingham and London.Our business is based on offering excellent service and impartial advice, we aim to build long-term relationships with our clients. On receiving your enquiry we invite you to come to our offices or if more convenient we can come out to your home or place of work for a preliminary meeting. The purpose of this is firstly to establish whether we are able to assist with your needs and help you meet your objectives, and secondly to discuss how we would be paid for our counsel and services once you have instructed us to proceed. How we can be paid We can be paid in different ways for the services we offer.Option 1 We can be paid by fee. We will simply charge you by the hour for the work we do, or we can provide you with a fixed fee option, our typical charge is £100.00 per hour. Since 31st December 2012 for any advice relating to Investments we can only be paid by fee, which we will agree with you in advance of any work being carried out and give you a full written estimate. The fee or fees can be paid by you directly or in some circumstances can be paid out of the investment, please contact us for more details.Option 2 We can be paid by commission for non-investment business such as Life Assurance or Income Protection.Option 3 We can be paid by a combination of both fees and commission, this is typical for arranging a mortgage.Upon contacting us we will provide you with a list of the options available at the time.
